Sarah Glubish is an actor and writer working in Calgary. Recent theatre credits include Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree and The Great Race (Birnton Theatricals & Stage West for Kids), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Theatre Calgary: Shakespeare on the Go 2023), Listen to Your Mother NYC 2023, and A Dinosaur Tale (Annerin Productions: Western Canadian Tour 2023). Sarah has studied acting through Company of Rogues Actors’ Studio, improvisation, hip hop and rap through Freestyle Love Supreme Academy NYC, and improvisation with the The Kinkonauts. She’s a creative team member of Urban Stories Theatre.
Sarah’s written work has been produced through
Urban Stories Theatre, Clowns With Issues,New Vintage Theatre, Prairie Sky Productions, and Grid View Theatre, a digital theatre shefounded to keep artists connected and performing when theatres shut-down during the pandemic. Sarah has been an assistant director for two performance-intensive productions by Company of Rogues, and has directed plays for Urban Stories Theatre, and most recently, Night Ducks. When she’s not involved in the dramatic arts,Sarah can be found composing music, reading, writing, or running the pathways along the Bow river as she trains for her next marathon.
